MTG Arena, a digital version of Magic the Gathering, is growing in popularity right now. Drawing in new players who wouldn't play on paper but would on digital, MTG is now getting more popular digitally and on tabletop. But which should you play? Well, MTG Arena is actually pretty thrilling. The gameplay in MTG Arena is really smooth, just like Tabletop magic it plays just the same, but with a lot of style. Artwork pops out on some of the cards and can be seen on screen. The sound effects and the battlefield keep you engaged in the game. The one thing that I find bad about it is that you don't get the same experience as tabletop. You can't go to your local game store and play FNM with the community. Magic tabletop is, well, tabletop. It's what magic has been for over twenty five years. Going to FNM (Friday Night Magic) and playing with other MTG players, it's an experience you cannot beat.
